If you believe that any product listings, images, text, or other content on our website infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, please follow the procedure below to submit a valid claim.

If you are a rights owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that your intellectual property has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notification containing the following details:

• Your full name and contact information (email and phone number).
• A description of the intellectual property you claim has been infringed (e.g., brand name, copyright work, logo, etc.).
• The exact URL(s) of the product or content in question.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

⚖️ Claim Review & Action

Upon receiving a complete claim, we will:

• Review the materials and verify the legitimacy of the complaint.
• Temporarily disable or remove the allegedly infringing content or listing during investigation.
• Notify the affected seller or content provider, allowing them to respond or provide a counter-claim if applicable.

We reserve the right to restore content or listings if we determine the claim is invalid or unsubstantiated.

❗ False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading intellectual property claims may result in legal liability, including damages and costs. We take abuse of this process seriously and reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.
